You retain full ownership of your content. By using our services, you grant Ranjeet Sah Distribution permission to manage, distribute, monetize, and protect your content on platforms like YouTube and other streaming services.

5. Revenue Sharing Model

We operate on an “Earn First, Pay Later” model:

• We help grow your revenue through optimization and Content ID.
• We charge a percentage (10%–30%) only from the additional revenue generated.

6. Content ID & Copyright

We use YouTube Content ID systems to detect, claim, and monetize content usage. You agree that Ranjeet Sah Distribution may manage claims and disputes on your behalf.

7. Payments & Earnings

• Earnings are generated through ads, monetization, and content usage.
• Payout timelines depend on platform policies (e.g., YouTube).
• Our commission is deducted from generated revenue.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services if:

• You violate these Terms.
• You provide false or misleading information.
• Your content violates platform policies.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

• Platform policy changes (YouTube, Spotify, etc.).
• Revenue fluctuations.
• Account suspensions caused by policy violations.

10. Third-Party Platforms

Our services involve third-party platforms like YouTube, Spotify, and others. You agree to comply with their respective terms and policies.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
